You can delete your Yamio account and all associated data right here on this page. No app install or email is required.
Option 1 — Delete now from this page (recommended)
Click the button below to sign in with the Google account you use for Yamio and delete your data immediately. This permanently removes your account, credits, skins, achievements, and stats.
What this does: Signs you in with Google, removes your record from our database, and permanently deletes your Firebase Authentication account. The page will confirm when deletion is complete.
Option 2 — Delete from inside the app
Open Yamio
Sign in with Google
Tap your profile, then Delete account
Confirm — your data is removed immediately
Option 3 — Email request
If neither option works for you, email us with the subject "Delete My Account":
Processing time: Email requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Options 1 and 2 are immediate.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your Yamio account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Your account information (name, email, profile picture from sign-in)
Your in-game username
Your game scores and statistics
Achievements you have unlocked
Daily challenge progress and streaks
In-game credits and skin purchases
Any active multiplayer room data
Device-specific local profile data
What Data May Be Retained
For legal, security, or technical reasons, some limited data may be retained for a short period after account deletion:
Anonymized analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained for product improvement (cannot be linked back to you)
Multiplayer game records — game session data is automatically deleted within 24 hours of the game ending, regardless of account status
Backup systems — data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted
Partial Data Deletion
If you only want to delete specific data (rather than your entire account), please email support@yamio.io and specify exactly what data you would like removed. Examples include:
Reset game progress and statistics
Clear achievement history
Remove username from leaderboards
Partial deletion requests are also processed within 30 days.
